​Nicky McIntosh (Owner)

 

     Nicky McIntosh is a driven, high-achieving coach who is consecutively ranked nationally at the UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship. With 20 years of experience guiding, mentoring, and developing young ladies into the best versions of themselves through the sport of cheerleading, Nicky is passionate about shaping girls not only as athletes but most importantly as women of Christ. Nicky is Safe Environment Certified through the Diocese of Lafayette, the National Council for Spirit Safety and Education Certification (NCSSE), and the National Federation of State High School Associations Spirit Safety Certified. She is also a USA Cheer Member.

 

    Nicky has an extensive list of coaching attributes that include some of the following: Teurlings Catholic High School Head Cheerleading Coach from 2012 to 2023 where she provided training direction, encouragement and positive motivation to prepare cheerleaders for competitive evenets, pep rallies, and sporting events. Nicky's loyalty and insight to the sport of cheerleading and to her athletes have been reflected in the extensive accomplishments awarded to her programs which include placing 2nd in Traditional Routine and 3rd in Gameday in 2023 at the National High School Cheerleading Championship among incredibly talented teams. Additionally, winning the National Championship in the Super Varsity Non-Tumble Gameday Division at UCA High School Nationals in 2015, 2018, 2020, and 2021. Her team has been consecutively ranked at the National Level. From 2013-2016, her program held the title of LHSAA Cheerleading State Champions and from 2013-2023, UCA Louisiana Regional Gameday Routine Champions in addition to being the 2023 Louisiana Classic Cheerleading Champions.   

    Nicky dedicated 10 years of her time to St. Cecilia Catholic School in Broussard, LA where she took the squad from its early beginnings to a level where the program consistently won State Championships in Junior Varsity Divisions. She continues to provide her skills and knowledge to Sts. Leo Seton Catholic School and St. Genevieve Middle School. She has led the St. Genevieve Cardinals to 2 National Runner-Up Silver Medals in the Junior High Gameday Division at the National High School Cheerleading Championship in Orlando, FL. 

    All in all, Nicky is an effective communicator, holds athletes accountable for making improvements, ensures safety of all athletes is her top priority, provides physical and endurance training, implements team building skills, commands a strategic plan for every practice, and utilizes a motivational leadership style. Nicky is dedicated, loyal, and committed to building stronger athletes, respectable ladies, and a drive for excellence. 

 

Natalie Odom (Gym Manager)

With 8 years of cheerleading experience across all-star, recreational, and school programs, Coach Natalie brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her role. Over the past 7 years, she has been dedicated to coaching athletes of all ages, specializing in tumbling, stunting, performance, and confidence building. Known for her ability to inspire growth, Natalie consistently empowers athletes to reach their full potential — both on and off the mat.

Committed to professional excellence, she regularly attends cheerleading conferences across the state, including events hosted by Varsity and Next Gen. This ongoing investment in her development ensures she remains at the forefront of industry trends, techniques, and best practices, with a strong focus on safety. Coach Natalie maintains the following certifications: Safe Sport Certified, CPR Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified, Abuse Prevention Education Certified, and Cheerleading Code of Conduct and Compliance Certified. 

Natalie is joining our team as the gym manager where she will oversee staff, facilities, mass communication, and more! Additionally, she coaches tumbling, rec team, and cheer classes. Her extent of expertise is spread throughout the gym as a huge asset to all of our athletes and families. Her passion for what she does is evident and produces results! 

 

Mallory Guy 

With over a decade of cheerleading experience, Coach Mal brings a unique blend of expertise, passion, and leadership to the sport. As a former athlete, she spent seven years competing at the highest levels, earning numerous accolades including a National Championship and multiple regional titles. Transitioning into coaching, she has spent the last five years leading teams to success at the high school level, capturing two National Championships and multiple regional titles.

Her cheerleading journey also includes time as a UCA staff instructor, where she traveled to summer camps across the region working closely with teams on team-building, routine individualization and customization, and crowd-leading skills, helping athletes and programs to elevate their performances. Notably, she is a three-time UCA All American and a UCA NHSCC Gameday Champion, a testament to her skills and dedication to the sport.

Currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Mallory is passionate about helping athletes unlock their full potential and build the confidence to attempt and master higher-level skills. She is driven by a deep commitment to her athletes’ growth, both as individuals and as a team, fostering an environment where they can become stronger, more determined, and more resilient.Her professional certifications include USA Cheer Safety Certification, CPR Certification, and Safe Environment Certification

 

Joslyn Myers

With over eight years of cheerleading experience, including three years in recreational cheer and five years in competitive All-Star Cheer, Coach Joslyn brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the mat. A two-time NCA Champion, she is highly skilled and deeply dedicated to the sport, particularly in the area of tumbling.

Currently entering her third year as a coach, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to helping athletes develop their skills safely and effectively.

She holds a Board of Certification (BOC) in Athletic Training, which enables her to promote safe training practices, proper stretching, effective conditioning, and injury prevention and care. In addition, she is CPR certified and holds a Safe Sport certification, underscoring her commitment to athlete safety and well-being.

 

 

 

 

Gabbie Hebert

Gabbie Hebert is a recent graduate of Teurlings Catholic High School. Gabbie cheered at Teurlings for 4 years where she won two national titles with the program at the UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship. She has competed at both the high school and competitive level for the last 5 years.
 
Gabbie is a former UCA All American cheerleader and captain of her highschool cheerleading team. Gabbie is a recent graduate of Stellar Beauty Studios & Institute and will continue her passion for esthetics and beauty along side coaching. She is excited to share her knowledge and love for the sport of cheerleading as she continues her cheerleading journey.
