Why Rec? 

Level Up Cheer Athletics Rec Competition program is designed to provide athletes with a fun and challenging experience that allows them to compete at local, regional, and national cheerleading competitions through a series of weekly practices, strength and conditioning exercises, perfecting choreography, and gaining experience performing in a competitive environment to prepare girls for school cheerleading. This type of program combines the fun and excitement of cheerleading with the competitive aspects of the sport by learning cheers, routines, and skills to improve athlete performance all-around.

Cheerleading is a team sport and participating on a competitive team can help athletes build strong relationships with their teammates, develop leadership skills, and learn how to work together towards a common goal.

Teams may compete in multiple competitions throughout the season, with the goal of advancing to national level competitions.
